Our firm is based right in the heart of Paris, in the ninth borough near the Grand Boulevards and the Opera house. Its jurisdiction covers all twenty Paris boroughs and it can also deal with serving documents all over France and abroad.

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 5.30pm (no appointment necessary).

The firm has two partners: Eric Miellet (since 1993) and Anne Kermagoret (since 2001), both graduates of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“ Sciences-Po ”) and holding LLMs. They are supported by a team of qualified staff, including two clerks, two with a professional bailiff’s certificate and the other a former lecturer with a postgraduate diploma in laws.

The firm has a modern, high-performance computer system that can be used for electronic data interchange, on-line payment and rapid funds transfer management.
